Shipping Policy

We ship products to addresses throughout the United States. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Standard in-stock products typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-fabricated and build-to-order products require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of your order or quote.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Available for most products. Delivered via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on package size and weight.
  • Freight Shipping: Required for oversized or heavy items such as chassis, trailer components, and structural steel. Freight quotes are provided on a per-order basis.
  • Local Pickup: Available at our facility in Ponderay, Idaho. No shipping charge for local pickup orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We work to keep shipping costs as fair as possible and will always provide the actual shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, here's how it works.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at TheHighRoadMfg@gmail.com or call (509) 675-7083 with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the package
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-fabricated or build-to-order products made to your specifications
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 30-day window

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. For defective products or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. All products manufactured by The High Road Manufacturing are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Warranty terms are product-specific because our product lines vary significantly in nature and application:

  • Chassis & Structural Frames: Warranted against structural failure and defects in materials and workmanship. These are heavy-duty components built to last, and warranty duration reflects that commitment. Specific terms are provided with each chassis or frame order.
  • Fabricated Parts & Accessories: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified at the time of purchase. Coverage varies by product complexity and intended use.
  • Custom Fabrication & Welding Services: Workmanship is warranted for a period determined by the scope and nature of the project, communicated at the time of quoting.
  • Trailer Components: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Specific terms accompany each product.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage from improper installation or modification
  • Normal wear and tear, including surface finishes and coatings exposed to the elements
  • Products used outside their intended application or beyond their rated capacity
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow maintenance or care instructions

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos or video showing the defect
  3. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion
