We are a full-service metal fabrication and manufacturing facility in Ponderay, Idaho with over 30 years of experience. We design and manufacture products under our own brand lines (Patriot Chassis, Advanced Offroad Trailer, Northwoods Performance), perform custom fabrication and welding services, and offer walk-in welding for the local community.

Yes. Everything we manufacture is designed, engineered, fabricated, and assembled right here at our facility in Ponderay, Idaho. We use American-sourced steel and materials whenever possible.

We manufacture three product brands in-house: Patriot Chassis (chassis and suspension systems for classic truck restorations), Advanced Offroad Trailer (purpose-built off-road trailers), and Northwoods Performance (performance parts and accessories). All three brands are engineered and produced in our Ponderay facility.

Our facility includes CNC fiber laser cutting, press brake forming, TIG and MIG welding, CAD/CAM engineering workstations, and full assembly capabilities. We handle everything from design through production under one roof.

Yes. We have in-house CAD engineering capabilities. If you have an idea or a rough sketch, we can turn it into a production-ready design. We can also work from your existing CAD files if you provide them.

We primarily work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our CNC laser can cut a variety of thicknesses, and our welding team is certified in multiple processes. If you have a project with specific material requirements, let us know and we will confirm we can accommodate it.

No appointment is needed for small jobs. Just come by during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM). For larger projects, we recommend calling ahead at (509) 675-7083 so we can plan accordingly.

We handle a wide range of walk-in work: broken brackets, cracked frames, trailer repairs, custom mounts, gate hinges, equipment repairs, and general welding. If it involves metal and can be brought to our shop, we can most likely help.

Pricing depends on the scope of the work. Simple welds and repairs are typically straightforward and affordable. We will assess the job when you bring it in and give you a clear estimate before we start. No surprises.

Yes, we ship throughout the United States. Standard products ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger items like chassis and trailer components ship via freight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
