When you place an order through our website:

• You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information
• For custom orders and large purchases, a deposit may be required before work begins

5. Shipping

• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Oversized or heavy items (chassis, trailers, structural components) may require freight shipping with different terms
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address

6. Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Custom-fabricated and build-to-order products are generally non-returnable. For full details, refer to our Return Policy.

7. Warranty

Products manufactured by The High Road Manufacturing are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product line and are specified at the time of purchase:

• Structural Components (chassis, frames, structural steel): Warranty against structural failure under normal use conditions. Duration varies by product.
• Fabricated Parts & Accessories: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a product-specific period from the date of purchase.
• Custom Fabrication & Welding Services: Covered for workmanship defects. Duration depends on the scope and nature of the project.

8. Intellectual Property
